u need to change ur password like he said but u need to make sure that ur myspace password is not the same as ur email password!! change ur password at least once a week and never click on those sites if they get sent to u, that's one way they steal ur password. also make sure u require a captcha code for plp who want to be ur friends and to leave a comment or msg!!
