Myspace html question?

I need help. you know how there are things in myspace that you can't put in a link-like bulletins and group messages? How do I link something-like a blog post? I would like to do something like "Check out my blog" and have it linked so all you have to do is click on that and get to my blog. I don't get the html thing, so you need to explain it like I'm 5 years old! haha

Also...if you're REALLY good, I would like to make a picture/button to click on.
