What do I need to start an internet web-design company?

Hello people. I'm 19 years old and go to school fulltime.

I need a source of income so I decided to start a web-design

business. I believe I had the requirements:

-Computer Literate...(word,publisher,outlook,power...

-Use Html decoding software

-Paintshop

-Email

-Ebay

-Bank account

In the past I have done many ads, bulletins, and pages

for 3 years and have made pretty good money for a student

only working easy on the computer and talking to customers.

I have builder domain websites where making the website

is pretty easy and paying.

What is Bandwidth and how much should I charge for that?

How much does it cost?

These are some of the questions I don't really know for my business....

ALSO%26gt;... Do I need licensing, and from who?

Do I need to know alot more to start that business?

I am in college and can take some classes to further my knowledge for future references.
