I'm referring to a bulletin board used to post company announcements in a business. It's not a government entity, but a division of a publicly traded company. It was one of those "inspirational" things that are explicitly fundamentalist Christian.

If they start telling you you're going to hell, etc...then they're opening themselves up to liability.

If it is the company doing it, it is absolutely ILLEGAL. If it's just an employee it's not illegal, but probably annoying. Take it down if it bothers you!
