is there a way to delete bulletins that other ppl have posted????

The bulletins are only temporary and after so many days or weeks disappear. They can only be deleted by the person who posted them but if some are real offensive deleting that friend will get rid of them. Perhaps expressing your displeasure may warrant them deleting them also.

No the bulletins can't be deleted by you. They can only be deleted by the people that posted them, so the only way to get them off your profile is to delete the person from you friends that posted the bulletin.
