They probably changed their settings to not show that they are online..

yeah i'm seeing that error right now it's nothing bad and for the record try to make your password longer i'm not putting you down or anything i am an ethicle hacker and i tell people there vulnerabilities and how to prevent them from happening again thats all lol....

Either your friends changed their settings to not be shown when their "online" on their account settings or they're simply not online. lol I think it;s ther settings they changed though.

Yeah change your password immediately someone has it!.But, the online now thingy it's normal that is happening to everyone don't worry tom will fix it soon.
