OMG! It keeps posting bulletins by itself and they r BAD!! How can I get it to stop?!?!? and they all say that they r from me! :( HELP PLZ!

Yes, immediately change your password, and then delete the bulletins. Your account somehow got phished. You can read ALL about it here:

Change your password right away!
Go to Account Settings to change it.
And once you changed it, go to the Bulletins and Show All The Bulletins I Have Posted to delete all the bad stuff.

You just have to go and change your password =/
It means that someone got your password and is using your account to spam.
That probably happened if you clicked any of the links that 'yours friends' happened to post, but in reality it wasnt them.
Just change your password really quick, and erase all those horrrible bulletins.
